Hey hey!
My life has become somewhat of a shambles lately (upside-down, Miss Jane), but you know, you get on with it, put your makeup on, stick another Melody Pop in your nose and annoy the crap out of people with incessant hooting until it gets better.
I was walking down the street in the city the other day and the drummer from A Sound Mind approached me and asked if he could play me some of their music. I had a listen and after about ten seconds of hearing it, I grabbed my purse and bought the CD. It's called Harmonia and is available on their website. It's one of those devastatingly beautiful, uplifting recordings that makes you want to just lie down and listen to it the whole way though. Plus they're actively involved in charity work and donate proceeds from CD sales since they're not paying a record label which is awesome. This little duck says check them out! They're played at the Hi Fi Bar on the 11th of November and are doing several regional and interstate shows after that. Awesome!
Theres a few new pictures up in the showcase gallery, I know I've been slack lately but like I said, it's upside-down Miss Jane. PS- I'm in 2 Pages of the October issue of Cherrie magazine.
